Medical Emergencies

1. FIRST call 911- Tell the operator what the emergency is and request and ambulance. They will call additional help if necessary. 
2. Keep the victim warm and comfortable. 
3. Try to ascertain as much information about the injury as possible – something of value might be learned to relate to the paramedics. 
4. THEN notify Management Office at 407-878-0971. 
5. Remain calm under any circumstances
